Education & Experience

Connor Jensen graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2016, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Real Estate. His career began with internships at prominent firms such as Brookfield Residential, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Janus Capital, where he expanded on his foundation in accounting and real estate.

2017-2023

Connor’s real estate career began in 2017, where he quickly rose through the ranks at a leading investment real estate firm. He became a top acquisitions agent in 2020 and consistently ranked among the top three from 2018 to 2021. Over four years, he personally completed more than 400 transactions, generating over $150 million in sales volume. Later, as the leader of the firm's Denver office, he guided his team to become the top-performing office nationally for three consecutive years, overseeing and executing more than 1,500 transactions totaling over $500 million.

2025: Founding Formula Homes

In 2025, Connor launched Formula Homes, a dual-focused real estate investment company and brokerage. The firm actively flips residential properties and is dedicated to helping investors achieve their financial objectives by identifying and sourcing lucrative investment opportunities. A firm believer in the power of opportunity, Connor is passionate about empowering the next generation of real estate professionals, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed—passing along his proven formula for success. He remains dedicated to expanding his expertise and helping others achieve their goals in this dynamic field.

Personal Pursuits

Outside of real estate, Connor embraces his entrepreneurial spirit by pursuing business opportunities within his personal passions, including fashion, timepieces, art, and design. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and music, constantly seeking new experiences and creative inspiration
